CASUAL DINING AREA

The Menu for Casual dining changer three times a year because most of its guests are repeat customers and the chef patterns it with the three seasons of Baguio namely Rainy Season (July – October), Cold Season ( November-February) and the Summer Season (March – June). Generally, the menu has salads, soups, pastas, seafood, chicken, pork and beef dishes of Asian, American and European flavours.

The courtyard with a fountain in the middle, tables and chairs are widely spaced for privacy and comfort. The west wall has a bird aviary, the North has shaded plants, the East is the building housing the kitchen and the formal dining.

A gazebo with three tables of four diners each is on the upper terrace and rose plants surround this area area. The lower terrace has one table which seats 12 diners and another table which seats Four. The Rose Garden has a perfect view of Baguio’s skyline. Breezy area during the day, Very romantic at night.

FINE DINING AREA

   This area is for reservation only and the menu are set menus of Seafood ( Salmon, Halibut, Giant Scallops), Poultry ( Organic chicken, Duck ), Meat(  Organic pork, beef from Pastured cows, Rack of Lamb). These main courses are served with appetizers, organic salad,  Soup and  a dessert of either home made ice cream,  cake or fresh fruits. Prices may come with wine. One day reservation is required with a deposit of fifty percent for first time customers.

Inside the building, there are two tables seating spaciously 8 persons per table, one table seating spaciously 4 persons and one table seating 2 persons.

The balcony has two tables seating two persons per table. The ambiance here is of an ancestral hone with antiques as its décor. Tables are of Narra and Philippine Mahogany so table mats instead of tablecloths are used to expose the antiquity of the tables. The walls are all glass windows, and therefore an awesome view of Baguio, especially during the evenings.
